Initial public issue of up to 64,85,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 /- each of Clear Secured Services Limited (Formerly Known as Clear Secured Services Private Limited), ("Clear Secured" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*]/- per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs.[*] crores ("the Issue"), of which 3,25,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 /- each for cash at a price of Rs. [*]/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*]/- per equity share aggregating to Rs.[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 61,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. Price Band: Rs. 125/- to Rs. 132/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 12.50 times times the face value and cap price is 13.20 times of the face value of the equity shares.
