Initial public offering of 41,666,666 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each ("equity shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 120/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 110/- per equity share) ("offer price") aggregating to Rs. 500.00 crores (the "offer") comprising a fresh offer of 15,000,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 180.00 crores by the company (the "fresh offer") and an offer for sale of 26,666,666 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 320.00 crores by Pedanta Technologies Private Limited (and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholder the "offer for sale").
