Initial public offer of upto 49,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (The "Equity Shares") of Meta Infotech Limited ("The Company" or "MIL" or "The Issuer") at an offer price of Rs. The floor price is 15.3 times of the face value and the cap price is 16.1 times of the face value.
Bids can be made for the minimum of 1600 equity shares and in multiples of 800 equity shares thereafter.
A discount of Rs. 10 per equity shares is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
