Rs. 235.00 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 225.00 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating Rs. 26.40 crores ("Offer"). The offer comprises a fresh offer of 8,42,400 equity shares aggregating
Rs. 19.80 crores ("Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 2,80,800 equity shares ("Offered Shares") aggregating Rs. 6.60 crores, by Abhay Kantilal Shah HUF and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholder, the "Offer for Sale").
