Initial public offering of up to 15,714,286 equity shares of facevalue of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 140] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 130 per equity share) ("issue price")aggregating up to Rs. 220.00 crores (the "Iissue") the issue shall constitute [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The company has, inconsultation with the brlm, undertaken a pre-ipo placement of 4,400,000 equityshares at an issue price of Rs. 125 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 115 per equity share) aggregating Rs. 55.00 crores on october 21, 2024 to malabar india fundlimited and carnelian bharat amritkaal fund. The size of the issue has been reduced by Rs. 55.00 crores pursuant to the pre-ipo placement and the revised size of the issue is up to Rs. 220.00 crores. The company has appropriately intimated the subscribers to thepre-ipo placement, prior to allotment pursuant to the pre-ipo placement, that thereis no guarantee that the issue may come through or listing shall happen and theinvestment is being done solely at the risk of the investor. Further, relevantdisclosures in relation to such intimation to the subscribers to the pre-ipoplacement has been appropriately made in the relevant sections of this redherring prospectus and will be dade in relevant sections of the prospectus.
