Initial public offering of 15,714,200* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Euity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 140/- per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 130/- per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") Aggregating to Rs. 220.00 crores* (the "Issue") the issue being 26.23% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
The company has, in consultation with the brlm, undertaken a pre-ipo placement of 4,400,000 equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 125/- per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. 115/- per Equity Share) aggregating Rs. 55.00 crores on October 21, 2024 to Malabar India Fund Limited and Carnelian Bharat Amritkaal Fund. the size of the issue has been reduced by Rs. 55.00 crores pursuant to the pre-ipo placement and the revised size of the issue is Rs. 220.00 crores*. The company has appropriately intimated the subscribers to the pre-ipo placement, prior to allotment pursuant to the pre-ipo placement, that there is no guarantee that the issue may come through or listing shall happen and the investment is being done solely at the risk of the investor. further, relevant disclosures in relation to such intimation to the subscribers to the pre-ipo placement has been appropriately made in the relevant sections.
