Initial public issue of up to 68,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each of Shreeji Global FMCG Limited ("SGFL" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*] per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs.[*] ("the Issue"), of which [*] equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*] per equity share aggregating to Rs[*] will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The price to earning ratio on diluted EPS for March 31, 2025 at the floor price is 15.77times and at the cap price is 16.43 times.
