Initial public offer of upto 28,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Johnsoncab Electricals Limited (the "Company" or "Jel" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 190-200 per equity share ( Including a Share Premium of Rs. 180-190 Per Equity Share) ( the "Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 53.22-56.02 Crores (" the Issue"), of which upto 1,41,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue ( the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of upto 26,59,200 equity shares of Rs. 10 each is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.50% and 25.16%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 190.00 to Rs. 200.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 19.00 times of face value and the cap price is 20.00 times of face value of equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 1200 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
