Initial public offer of 28,00,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Johnsoncab Electricals Limited ("The Company" or "Jel" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 200 per equity share (Including a Share Premium of Rs. 190 Per Equity Share) for cash, aggregating to Rs. 56.02 Crores ("The Issue"), comprising entirely of a fresh issue of equity shares. The issue includes a reservation of 1,41,600 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 200 per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 2.83 Crores, reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue ( the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 26,59,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 200 per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 53.18 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.50% and 25.16%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 200.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 20.00 times of face value of equity shares.
