Initial public offering of up to 14,456,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited ("the Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 70-75 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 65-70 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs 101.19-108.42 Crores ("the Issue"). The issue includes a employee reservation of 100,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each, aggregating up to Rs. 0.7-0.75 Crores (constituting up to 5.00% of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The issue less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The company may, in consultation with the brlm, offer a discount of up to 9.93% to the issue price (equivalent to Rs. 7 on the issue price) to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount"). The issue and the net issue shall constitute [*]% and [*]%, respectively, of the post-isuue paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 70 to Rs. 75 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.
The floor price is 14 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 15 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each and in multiples of 200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each thereafter.
A discount of Rs. 7 per equity share is being offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
