Initial public offer of upto 28,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Oneindig Technologies Limited ("Oneindig" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 91-96 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 81-86 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 26.21-27.65 Crores ("the Issue") of which upto 1,44,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.31-1.38 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion").
