Initial public offering of 13,822,116 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each ("Equity Shares") of Sahajanand Medical Technologies Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 344 per equity share (Including a share Premium of Rs. 343 per equity share) (the "Offer Price") aggregating to Rs. 475.48 Crores through an offer for sale (the "Offer"), consisting of 2,700,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 92.88 Crores by Shree Hari Trust, 2,000,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 68.8 Crores by Dhirajkumar Savjibhai Vasoya, 6,479,063 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 222.88 Crores by Samara Capital Markets Holding Limited, 1,307,875 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 44.99 Crores by Kotak Pre-IPO Opportunities Fund, and 1,335,178 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each aggregating to Rs. 45.93 Crores by Nhpea Sparkle Holding B.V. (Collectively, the "Selling Shareholders" and such equity shares, the "Offered Shares").
The offer included a reservation of up to 250,000 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each (Constituting 0.25% of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the Company) aggregating up to Rs. 8.6 Crores for subscription by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constituted 13.60% and 13.57% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital, respectively.
Price Band: Rs. 344 per equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each.
The floor price is 344 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 43 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each and in multiples of 43 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each thereafter.
