This initial public offer comprises of upto 22,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 59-62 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 54-57 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating upto Rs. 13.33-14.01 Crores (the "Issue") by the company. The issue comprises a reservation of upto 1,14,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each for subscription by the market maker at a price of Rs. 59-62 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 54-57 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.67-0.71 Crores ("the Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue comprises a net issue to the public of up to 21,46,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 59-62 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 54-57 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 12.66-13.31 Crores (the "Net Issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.00% and 28.49% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.

The floor price is 11.80 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 12.4 times the face value of the equity shares.
