Initial public offer of 54,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of TNA Solutions Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 70 per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs. 60 per equity Share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating to Rs. 37.86 Crores (the "Issue") of which 2,72,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1.90 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 51,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 70 per equity share aggregating Rs. 35.95 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.50% and 25.17% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 70/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price is 7.00 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 4,000 equity shares and in multiples of 2,000 equity shares thereafter.
