Initial public offering of 50,52,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Equity Shares") of Vectras Enprocon Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 105 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Offer Price") aggregating up to Rs. 53.05 Crores (the "Offer") comprising a fresh issue of 40,56,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each by the company aggregating up to Rs. 42.59 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of 9,96,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Offered Shares") (consisting 4,98,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 5.23 Crores by Naynesh Kanubhai Patel and 4,98,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating up to Rs. 5.23 Crores by Maheshkumar Gopalbhai Patel, (collectively referred to as the "Promoter Selling Shareholders") of which 2,53,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 2.66 Crores was reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of 47,98,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 50.39 Crores (the "Net Offer"). The public offer and the net offer will constitute 26.51% and 25.18%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 105 per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each.
The floor price is 10.50 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can made for a minimum of 2,400 equity shares and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.
