MCX Copper futures are are trading on a positive note, up 0.44% at Rs 1384 per kg right now. The counter was marginally lower by 0.33% in the day session till 6.00 PM. MCX Copper futures rose to an intraday high of Rs 1401 per kg today and have recorded a 1.17% decrease in the open interest. US equities are edging lower with NASDAQ Composite is inching up 0.17% on the day.MCX Copper is moving higher for fourth consecutive session. In other metals, Nickel is higher by 1.18% at Rs 1595 per kg, Aluminium is slightly higher by 0.87% at Rs 352 per kg, Zinc is modestly higher by 0.39% at Rs 401 per kg while Lead is trading slightly lower by 0.10% at Rs 198 per kg. MCX Zinc has gained around 2.65% in the last one week followed by Copper, slightly higher by 0.94%.
