Digilogic Systems Limited, formerly Digilogic Systems Private Limited, approved a proposal to advance loans, guarantees, or create security up to an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 5 Crores, and approved loans, guarantees, or security acquisition for its subsidiary, ABHEDHYA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, also up to Rs 5 Crores, at a board meeting held on Saturday, August 22, 2026. The board also approved related party transactions with ABHEDHYA SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED, not exceeding Rs 5 Crores, and revised the variable remuneration for several managerial personnel, including Madhusudhan Varma Jetty, Radhika Varma Jetty, Jetty Shashank Varma, and Hitesh Varma Jetty, effective from fiscal year 2026-27.
