The issue opened for bidding on Wednesday, 16 September 2026 and it will close on Friday, 18 September 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 88 per share to 93 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 161 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
The REIT IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 99 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 24 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 124 crore.
