National Stock Exchange Of India Ltd share price softened by 1.23% to Rs 1741.3 after the company's net profit grew slightly 8.68% to Rs 3120.08 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 8.20% to Rs 4560.41 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of National Stock Exchange Of India Ltd stood at Rs 4167.68 crore in Q2 FY26, surging by 74.49% year-on-year, and gaining 6.78% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 2859 crore, jumping 46.23% YoY and falling 11.76% sequentially.
Total expenses tumbled by 21.14% to Rs 1172.03 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 242.59 crore, surging 13.32% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 3.15% to Rs 16601.31 crore, while net profit dropped 12.29% to Rs 10179.53 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1092075% to Rs 9112.86 crore, and PBT fell 10.20% to Rs 13895.58 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 23836.18 crore in FY26, as against Rs 4091.49 crore in FY25.
