Profit before tax (PBT) of Property Share Investment Trust- Propshare Titania stood at Rs 6.63 crore in Q3 FY26, tumbling by 402.74% year-on-year, and easing 0.15% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 9 crore, plunging by 1164.37% YoY and gaining 4.04% sequentially.
Total expenses marginally dropped 3.49% to Rs 4.98 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.02 crore, remaining flat YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations remained flat to Rs 30.39 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 26950% to Rs 5.41 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 540% to Rs 16.62 crore, and PBT tumbled by 51650% to Rs 10.31 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 10.89 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.0 crore in FY25.
Property Share Investment Trust- Propshare Titania rose by 5.01% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 12.64% during the same period.
